The Conditions of Sale shown here regulate the offer and sale of products on the website is the e-commerce division of the Parapharmacy Pharmaserena srls.

You must be of legal age to make a purchase. Purchases made on are regulated, for anything not expressly provided for by the following purchase conditions, by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

The sale of the products is permitted only in the territory of the European Union.

Costs and prices

FREE shipping only in Italy for all orders over €49.00.

For orders of lesser amount charges the cost for the shipping service throughout the national territory, including VAT and any other tax and/or duty, it is € 4.00.</p >

The products will be shipped only after credit has been received. does not accept CROs and payment slips as guarantee for the bank transfer. Your order will remain in "Pending" status until there is a bank transfer.

Invoicing of orders, pursuant to and for the effects of the legislation relating to distance selling through the aid of e-commerce sites, is not required to send the tax document (invoice and/or receipt), therefore the customer he must expressly request it, indicating it in the notes field on the page at the time of purchase. Transit times of the carriers are estimated in working days from Monday to Friday from the departure of the package. Weekends, non-working days in transit and destination countries, public and national holidays, together with delays caused by customs, by the Public Administration or by other events beyond the control of the Site, meteorological or logistic, do not are never included in the estimated delivery times in our offers. The road, the route and the means by which the goods are transported remain at the sole discretion of the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

The Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206 relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, provides in article 64 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide any explanation within and more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods (the delivery date reported by the courier is valid).

These guarantees are not recognized when the transaction, even if concluded at a distance, sees the consumer purchasing with a VAT number, as in this case he is a professional customer and not a final consumer. </ p>

Return  a product

The customer can return the product no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The cost of returning one or more products is charged to the customer.

The returned products must be carefully packed, they must be returned unused and in the original intact packaging, otherwise the request will not be accepted.

The shipment, until certified arrival in the warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.


The refund is made only after receipt of the return and verification of the integrity of the products, and will take place within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the details of the bank account on which you wish to receive the refund must be indicated.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading is authentic. guarantees the products against any defects.
