The Conditions of Sale shown here regulate the offer and sale of products on the website www.pharmaserena.it.
Pharmaserena.it is the e-commerce division of the Parapharmacy Pharmaserena srls.
You must be of legal age to make a purchase. Purchases made on Pharmaserena.it are regulated, for anything not expressly provided for by the following purchase conditions, by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
The sale of the products is permitted only in the territory of the European Union.

The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog and are visible at the time of choosing and completing the order before concluding the confirmation procedure.
The prices (including VAT and all other taxes and duties) are indicated next to each product in the online catalog.
Costs and prices
FREE shipping only in Italy for all orders over €49.00.
For orders of lesser amount Pharmaserena.it charges the cost for the shipping service throughout the national territory, including VAT and any other tax and/or duty, it is € 4.00.</p >
There is a 3% surcharge for cash on delivery payments.
Pharmaserena.it reserves the right to vary the prices of the products and the shipping costs without notice.
Any new amounts will be effective from the moment they are published on the Pharmaserena.it website and will be applied to sales made from that moment. Pharmaserena.it will send, after the conclusion of the order, an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. If he does not receive it, the consumer is invited to contact Pharmaserena.it.
In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to partially or totally process the order, Pharmaserena.it will promptly send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer. The customer may request the cancellation, even partial, of the order and the return of the corresponding amount already paid by credit card.
In the event that the user's data is incomplete or inaccurate (so as to make it impossible to deliver the package), Pharmaserena.it will contact the customer before processing the order and reserves the right to request payment from delivery or by credit card.
Pharmaserena.it provides different payment methods to choose when completing the order:
Payment by credit card to be made when ordering (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover and Postepay) using the PayPal channel (even if you do not have an account).
Payment with PayPal, to be made at the time of the order (it is also possible to create a PayPal account before concluding the order, from the PayPal login page).
Payment with cash on delivery only and exclusively by cash (no checks).

The products will be shipped only after credit has been received.
Pharmaserena.it does not accept CROs and payment slips as guarantee for the bank transfer. Your order will remain in "Pending" status until there is a bank transfer.
Invoicing of orders
Pharmaserena.it, pursuant to and for the effects of the legislation relating to distance selling through the aid of e-commerce sites, is not required to send the tax document (invoice and/or receipt), therefore the customer he must expressly request it, indicating it in the notes field on the page at the time of purchase. The delivery note/tax receipt/accompanying invoice relating to the order may be inserted inside the package, with details of the products purchased and the relative prices.
Transport and delivery
Pharmaserena.it will deliver the products purchased by express courier, within a maximum of 7 working days starting from the day following the day of receipt of the order and guarantees delivery throughout the national and European territory.
Delivery by the courier takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours (9-13; 14-18).
In the event that the courier is unable to carry out
delivery due to the absence of the recipient, after two attempts he will leave a notice of attempted delivery with the contact details to contact to arrange delivery.
Pharmaserena.it will do everything possible to deliver the products to the consumer within 24/72 working hours starting from the day after the order is placed.
Shipments abroad may be made with different couriers depending on the country of destination in order to ensure the customer the best available rate which will be communicated in advance when completing the order.
The consumer is invited to contact Pharmaserena.it in the event of a delay in delivery and in any case to report any disruption detected.
The delivery forecast is indicative, no compensation for damages is foreseen for the recipient in the event of delays in the collection and delivery forecasts by the courier. Pharmaserena.it will inform the recipient of such circumstances. Courier collections and deliveries take place between 9:00 and 18:30 from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Transit times of the carriers are estimated in working days from Monday to Friday from the departure of the package. Weekends, non-working days in transit and destination countries, public and national holidays, together with delays caused by customs, by the Public Administration or by other events beyond the control of the Site, meteorological or logistic, do not are never included in the estimated delivery times in our offers. The road, the route and the means by which the goods are transported remain at the sole discretion of the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
The Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206 relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, provides in article 64 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide any explanation within and more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods (the delivery date reported by the courier is valid).
These guarantees are not recognized when the transaction, even if concluded at a distance, sees the consumer purchasing with a VAT number, as in this case he is a professional customer and not a final consumer. </ p>
Return a product
The customer can return the product no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The communication of the withdrawal must be made by sending an email to [email protected] indicating the following data:
- Name and surname;
- order number or date of purchase;
- total return or in case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products to be returned.
Pharmaserena.it will proceed to process the request and once accepted it will be necessary to:
Print and complete our return form (sheet A and B);
insert form A inside the package together with the products to be returned, making sure they are packed with care;
close the package making sure it is well sealed and apply label B to the outside of the package;
send the package to Pharmaserena.it or ask Pharmaserena.it to collect the package from your home or an agreed address. In this case, the cost of the service is €4.00 and will be deducted directly from the refund.
The cost of returning one or more products is charged to the customer.
The returned products must be carefully packed, they must be returned unused and in the original intact packaging, otherwise the request will not be accepted.
The shipment, until certified arrival in the warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.
Refund
The refund is made only after receipt of the return and verification of the integrity of the products, and will take place within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the details of the bank account on which you wish to receive the refund must be indicated.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading is authentic.
Pharmaserena.it guarantees the products against any defects.
Should the consumer nevertheless find a defect in the products purchased, he may exercise the right of withdrawal if 10 working days have not yet passed from receipt of the goods. Alternatively, and in the event of missing products, the consumer can request a free replacement. Pharmaserena.it will carry out the necessary checks (asking for any reimbursement from the courier who took care of the transport) andwill confirm acceptance of the claim.
If the defect is found after the 10-day period, the consumer must promptly notify Pharmaserena.it, in one of the following ways:

If the consumer had purchased an electromedical device, he will find in the package the manufacturer's warranty certificate and the purchase invoice or the receipt from Pharmaserena.it
These documents must be kept for the case of warranty repairs, to be carried out in specialized laboratories, with shipping paid by the consumer. Pharmaserena.it remains available for any information that may be appropriate.
The consumer may request information, submit any complaints or observations, communicate anything he deems appropriate, to the same postal and electronic addresses.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is that in force in the Italian state.
