SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES IN ITALY AND EUROPE (EU)
Shipping in Italy
Products are delivered in Italy via the GLS courier. Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery is expected within 24/72 hours from the moment of receipt of payment for the order.
It is specified that, for products with high weight/volume and fragile (homogenized foods, liquid milk, powdered milk, water, pasta, baby food, baby snacks, perfumes), a supplement is applied to the shipping costs calculated at the time of ordering; furthermore, preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer, and returns are not possible.
Shipping throughout Italy (excluding smaller islands and Sardinia) is €4.00; for orders over €49.00 shipping is free. The shipping cost for smaller islands and Sardinia is €8.00.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the package will be taken over by the courier and shipped only after the credit has been credited to our current account.

The Customer, once received the product, must check the integrity of the package. In the event that the packaging is not intact, we ask Customers NOT to collect it and to immediately report it to the courier, otherwise the product will be considered regularly delivered, and Pharmaserena will not be held responsible for any damage and/or missing products.
In the event of the recipient's absence at the specified address, the courier will send an email with a notification link to the Customer to arrange a new delivery.
In the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the recipient's absence, the ordered products will be returned to the sender (Pharmaserena).
In the event of a change of address or incorrect delivery address after shipment, the supplement applied by the express courier will be borne by the recipient.
Shipments in Europe (European Union)
The delivery of products purchased on the European territory (EU) will be carried out via the GLS and UPS courier (depends on the area). Estimated delivery times for all countries that are part of the European Union are 3-7 working days*.
*These are the days of transit of the shipment (for orders received before 11:00), the day of preparation of the package is not calculated.

N.B. The prices indicated above are for international economy shipping with a weight not exceeding 2 kg, the next rate applies in case of weight exceeding 1 kg.
