Melatonin IBSA 30 orodispersible films

A melatonin dietary supplement that can be taken easily and without water thanks to the innovative IBSA Filmtec® technology, which led to the development of ultra-thin, orodispersible films.

With a pleasant berry flavor, the IBSA Melatonin supplement is gluten-, lactose-, and GMO-free, and contains less than 1 kcal per ultra-thin film.

Contains:

• Melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*, regulates the sleep-wake cycle, and alleviates the effects of jet lag**.
• Vitamin B6: promotes normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the immune system, as well as the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function.
• Chamomile: promotes relaxation, sleep, and mental well-being, aids digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility, and the elimination of gas.
• Lavender: Promotes relaxation in times of stress. It promotes normal mood, natural digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility, and the elimination of gas.

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible film per day, half an hour before bedtime, for at least 30 days, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage

The expiration date applies to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Avoid exposure to heat, light, and temperature fluctuations.
