(valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.42% in Ac. Valerenics, Niacin, Vitamin B1, Tryptophan, Melatonin, Escoltzia flowering tops d.e. (Eschscholtzia californica) tit. 0.2% in Protopina, Griffonia seeds d.e. (Griffonia simplicifolia) tit. 20% in Hydroxytryptophan.

How to use

Take 1 tablet just before going to sleep.
