Valerymed is a food supplement based on Valerian extract, useful for promoting relaxation and peaceful sleep in case of stress. Its slow-release formula encourages the intake of just 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed or 1 as needed during the day. Gluten Free

Ingredients

Valeriana (Valeriana ocinalis L., roots) d.e. tit. in HPLC at 0.42% in ac. valerenic, bulking agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, monocalcium phosphate, cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, glycerol, shellac; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; dyes: titanium dioxide, cupric complexes of chlorollins, cupric complexes of chlorollins.

How to use

1 tablet in the evening before bedtime or 1 as needed, preferably between meals.
