Complete Magnesium is a dietary supplement in powder, containing magnesium from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate, and marine magnesium (extracted from seawater through evaporation). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function, and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness. The formulation is complemented by fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.

It is indicated to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function in cases of irritability, nervousness, excessive stress, mood swings, fatigue, tiredness, and muscle discomfort.

Directions for use

Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (at least 200 ml), preferably lukewarm. Stir well and drink. We recommend taking one to two sachets throughout the day, between meals.

Acidifier: citric acid; Magnesium carbonate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; Fructooligosaccharides (2%), citrus flavoring, magnesium citrate, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate, and chloride), magnesium pidolate, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
