Onligol Fibre 20 envelopes

Onligol Fibre is a food supplement based on Psyllium, which promotes the correct functioning of intestinal functions and helps to regain a sense of well-being and relief, thanks to the high fiber content.

It contains

• Psyllium fiber, which contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit,
• alpha and beta galactosidase enzymes.

How to use

Pour the contents of a sachet of Onligol Fibre into a glass of water (200 ml), mix well and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of Onligol Fibre.

Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet, two-three times a day, immediately before meals.

For correct use of the product in children under 12 years, consult your doctor.

Interrupt a period of at least 2 hours between taking the product and taking the medicines.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.

Do not take together with antidiarrheal drugs. The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore should not be used if there is a risk of intestinal obstruction or if this is already present.

Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

May contain traces of mustard and sesame.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
