Phgg fiber supplement, a soluble, non-gelling fiber derived from guar gum.

Liquid fiber does not cause the potential side effects of other fibers such as psyllium1 and bran2 (bloating, flatulence, bloating).

The daily dose provides 5 g of fiber, a valuable aid in cases of reduced dietary intake.

It can be taken by children over 3 years of age, pregnant women, the elderly, and diabetics under medical advice.

It does not interfere with the absorption of the main micronutrients (calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, chlorine, magnesium, copper, potassium) in adults.

The sachets are pre-dosed and ready to drink, with a pleasant green apple flavor.

Does not contain gluten.

Directions for use

Take 1 sachet daily, preferably in the morning, for cycles of at least 4 weeks.

It can be taken as is, with the addition of water, or mixed with fruit juice or yogurt.
