Ultraproct® Suppositories are useful for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids, proctitis and anal fissures. Its formulation based on local anesthetics and corticosteroids relieves pain while simultaneously reducing inflammation.
Active ingredient
Fluocortolone pivalate 0.612 mg, fluocortolone caproate 0.630 mg, cinchocaine hydrochloride 1 mg
Excipients
Glycerides of saturated fatty acids.
Directions for use
One suppository per day is generally sufficient. After the symptoms have completely resolved, continue treatment for another week, using one suppository every two days. It is advisable to insert the suppository after a bowel movement.
Warnings
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, use only after consulting your doctor. In early childhood, use only when clearly needed and after consulting your doctor. Do not use if there are tubercular, syphilitic (syphilis-related) or viral (chickenpox, vaccine pustules) lesions in the treated area.
For athletes, the use of this medicine without therapeutic need constitutes doping and may still result in a positive doping test.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 4 weeks, whenever possible.
