Carlo Erba glycerol is a medicine indicated to facilitate the elimination of feces. The laxative effect is obtained thanks to the ability of glycerol to soften the stool and to cause a slight local irritating action which stimulates intestinal movements. The product is indicated for the symptomatic relief of occasional and transient constipation. Contact your doctor if the problem persists after a few days.
Composition
Active ingredient: Glycerol 2250 mg
Excipients: Sodium stearate - Sodium carbonate.
Dosage and method of use
Adults and adolescents (12-18 years): 1 adult suppository as needed, for a maximum of 1 or 2 administrations per day.
