How to use
TEENAGERS: 1 sachet per day.
ADULTS: 1 or 2 sachets a day. Pour the contents of the sachet directly into the mouth and dissolve it without chewing.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not substitutes for a varied and balanced diet.
