Folisid Forte 30 tablets

Food supplement containing iron, vitamin C, and folic acid, useful for contributing to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Ingredients

SunActive Fe (ferric pyrophosphate; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sodium chloride, maltodextrin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; protected vitamin C 97.5% (L-ascorbic acid); glazing agent: ethylcellulose); anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glazing agents: polydextrose, polyvinyl carbonate, polyethylene glycol; coloring: iron oxides and hydroxides; copper gluconate; Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; folic acid.

Directions for use

We recommend taking one tablet daily, swallowed with plenty of water, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by your doctor. For optimal use of this product, consult your doctor.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take if you have a known hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product. The beneficial effect on increasing maternal folate status is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of 400 mcg of folic acid for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. The development of neural tube defects in the fetus is due to multiple risk factors; addressing any one of these factors may or may not produce the desired health benefits.

Storage

Store away from light, in a cool, dry place, at a temperature below 25°C.
