Nurofen for children Suppositories is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of fever and mild to moderate pain in children aged 3 months to 2 years.
Ingredients
Each suppository contains: ibuprofen 60 mg.
Excipients: solid semisynthetic glycerides.
It does not contain lactose. It does not contain gluten.
Administration
Rectal use, Nurofen for children is indicated in children from 6 kg (3 months) to 12.5 kg (2 years) of body weight; The maximum single dose should not exceed 10 mg of ibuprofen per kg of body weight. The interval between one administration and the next must not be less than 6 hours. The maximum daily dose of ibuprofen is 20-30 mg / kg of body weight, divided into 3 or 4 administrations.
