Analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic drug based on dexketoprofen trometamol.
It acts on pain by reducing the production of prostaglandins.
Composition
Each tablet contains:
Active ingredient: dexketoprofen 25 mg as dexketoprofen trometamol. Excipients: Corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate, glycerol distearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol, macrogol 6000.
How to use
Adults: The recommended dose is usually 25 mg every 8 hours. The total daily dose should not exceed 75 mg.
Children: the product should not be used in children and adolescents.
Elderly: In elderly patients it is recommended to start therapy at the lower end of the therapeutic range (50 mg total daily dose). The tablets should be taken on a full stomach. In case of severe pain, it can also be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals to allow the drug to act more quickly.
